Model Behavior
The third item on the boys list: take Papa to the Venture. The Venture is the Twin City Model Railroad Museum. (The first time we took the boys there,we were downstairs, and Brett turned to Colin and said "should we venture upstairs?" After that, Colin started to call it the Venture.) The Twin City Model Railroad Museum is a model of railroads in the Twin Cities during the 1930s, '40s, and '50s. It is really impressive to see. They even have little buttons that the kids can push to make different things happen. Colin loves to pick a train and follow it around the entire model. It becomes his favorite train, and the whole building knows when it is coming! Once again, I left the camera battery in the charger, so once again, no pictures. When the kids were tired of watching the trains, they had two Thomas the Tank Engine train tables to keep the kids occupied. If the kids had not gotten hungry, I think my dad would have stayed there all day!
